Nah, if you get the right one its ok. A mate back home has a good chinese supplier for t70's in particular. Has used them on about 40 different engines and non are dead yet7afe wrote:China Turbo Unbalanced shafts = DEAD ENGINE.

You could throw any motor in there, if you have the ways to bypass the registration issues. Personal preference - 1UZFE cheap and reliable, if you break it, it wont take you months to get the car running again. Cheers! Will not be doing straight away as cash is tied up currently, however eventually the pos 6 in the galloper will be replaced with something more appropriate. The type of fuel consumption it uses I could easily have a ls1 with double the power. I have not decided on the engine yet, but possibly a vq35...
