Re: Inifiniti < Skyline>
==> As RasHooD just mentioned. However I believe the JDM 350 GT Skyline had a nissan emblem, and not infinity, I don't think any JDMs are branded as Infinity, correct me if I'm wrong though :S . But considering the odds of it being a JDM import (thanks to my newly acquired UB knowledge :D ), I would...

Re: Japanese import
Thanks for the advice RasHooD. Yeah, saw maybe one or two supras MKIV that were for sale for around 60k. My residency visa is from Dubai. Let me know about the MKIII, that's a beauty if it's clean... :EDIT: PM me if the MKIII is available and for how much, that'd be great thanks 8) /EDIT Wouldn't a ...

Re: Dedicated Post: Honda Civic
Sweet Civic, both of them. The 4-door one is what I'll be looking out for and get one of my own I think. MR why did you get rid of it??

Re: Japanese import
Hmmm this Rashood guy sounds like my main man! Hehe. Hope he gets better soon then. Sam, do you have pics of that Lexus? I am thinking it is already too heavily modded for my tastes but I'm still open nevertheless. Just looking for an easy modifiable car that's clean and not been abused. :EDIT: Tamu...

Re: Japanese import
Wait wait wait... What's all this about registration? I can't go over to sharjah, ajman or another emirate, buy a 2nd hand car there and register it in Dubai? :| This is getting really frustrating and especially confusing! Well if any of you know anybody with a Mark IV Supra who wants to sell it wit...

Re: BMW 3 Series
Nice! Always loved Beamers, although I wouldn't buy one here, at least not right now... Wonderful cars to drive though.

Re: Japanese import
Yeah the Clio sport is nice, but I can find at least 5 reasons why I would prefer for example a civic. Is an engine-swap here expensive? Where could I get a new / mint condition engine and what prices are we talking about here? And where could I get that done? I want to learn, however I need pros to...

Re: Japanese import
Hmm... Would I be able to find a Civic HB/Coupe with less than 70k km and in good condition? Or a Soarer? I mean, my budget is fixed, and I am fixed on to Japanese cars, however there is so much to choose from I'm not sure what to opt for... And because a Jap import won't be possible, I can pretty m...

Re: Japanese import
Got a low budget of 30k unfortunately... However, ideally <25k would be better. And again, ideally under 70000km on the odometer. With preference towards unabused cars like I've seen been driven here aren't I difficult...

Re: Japanese import
Ah well, that is pretty bad news... Is it possible to convert it to a LHD once in the UAE though? I have seen quite a few Supras with LHD here, but these cars only come RHD unless you modify them I believe... Shame, I really, REALLY wanted one, the %#%$ is just awesome and so is the car. real...
