The best place ever is Grand lube (all the branches). Shk. zayed rd, near al mulla, ajman, and barsha wheel 2 wheel, they have body wash starting from 25 bucks and i get my car body washed from them every week and once in 2 months full wash, either 60 dhs water wash or 100 dhs steam wash depending on the condition of dirt....

A+++ for grand lube for dubai residents...

I always flush it with diesel... I dont worry much about it... An old generation engine with not much electronics or sensors..

i guess he's taking about the washing station next to the petrol pump .. and KFC ..... just after the university city bridge ... when coming from ajman towards sharjah ............
