Were you not in the fast lane? As im not too sure of its range, but i think it should not be able to get you since its 4 lanes.

I was in the fast lane, the extreme left, but there are only 3 lanes going into Airport tunnel, and the total road is 5 lanes wide, 2 of the right ones go to Deira and Khawaneej. This camera was setup somewhere around the bus stop on the right.

Btw, how long does it take to appear on the website?

This is the exact place where I got my first speeding fine 4 years ago. It is a favourite spot for the mobile cameras.

There have mean some desperate measures taken on by the Dubai Police lately but this would not be one of them.

It's big for me as I've 'tamed' my driving, somewhat. I didn't have ANY speeding fines for the past year or so, and I never, ever exceed the grace limit, but I was used to doing it on this road...sigh.

@ ozi - i also got the same mobile radar on the same road but as I was on the fast lane I guess the fine won't reflect in the sytem as its been 2 week and no fines have appeared in the system yet. Moreover same mobile radar shit happened to me even in Sharjah but again I was in the fast lane and its been 2 months the radar haven't shown in the system. Don't know whether I am the one lucky or the radars don't catch in the fast lane.

@ rashood - dude dis is wat i was told wen i went to buy engine though my knowledge is not much when using technical terms, if there is any error or info plz correct me or onform so I can add it up to my knowledge.

Most probably it is a B16A (Black Top) or could also be either a B16B (Red Top Civic Ek9 Type R) or B18C (Red/Black) depending on spec and complete code...

Post a pic, and how much did you buy it for? From where?

i paid 1800 for the fines and 30 as service charges yesterday for total of 3 radars

i always wonder since I got my first fone that if i wud hav had saved da money i paid as fines since i got my license I guess i wud hav collected a lot of money for my modifications

I have to pay a total of AED 1000.00 for the Honda Civic. It was all speeding fines racked up by my brother, but unfortunately for me he is on holidays now. So I have to sort the shit out and hopefully get it back off him when he gets back!!

My fine hasn't shown up online either, WTH?
