611 was backed up all the way till the Al Khawaneej Exit. There were people using the shoulders and going at really high speed and the cops weren't doing much. I couldn't take the high speed racing on the shoulder when everyone else was stuck bumper to bumper. So took the exit towards no mans land..

Shit, this much happened there......
I don't believe that, even one of my friend when he send me email on my msn id,
I was damn shocked....
I know i am posting this late, but i was in Al-Baraha site as from our company.
Even i did not com online since 2 or 3 days,
But Alhamulillah, i mean, Al qouz housing area, where there is Dubai Bowling Centre, Al Manar Centre, We were safe.
I feel pity on them, Did the government do something for all that or no ?

And apparently, only 40% of the insurance companies cover it here. Now we really need to read the fine print!

I feel bad for the cars opposite Saudi Mosque in SHJ. Some of them are still stranded - a big, white bus, a Lexus and a Nissan Sunny. A BMW was fished out a while back and the owner is still having a hard time starting it.
