Yeah so they might just go ahead and open it for everyone since everyone gets it done by one way or the other.

but the new rule is you can renew your car registration any where in any emirates

So everyone can just turbocharge they're current cars and just renew their cars to UAQ or RAK so it would be legal ?

Is it the one on dubizzle? It's been there for ages. Atleast a year. The price started off at 12 or something. Was at 10 for a long time.

Back to topic. I'm almost certain you can renew registrations in any emirate. The new registration cards look the same from all emirates now. So does the license.
