Hey guys,
I went to LAP 57 about a week ago, I asked for an Altima Coupe body kits, he told me that he can get some body kits, but any kit will cost AED 11,000 without painting nor installation!! :S
He offered this kit http://www.aitracing.com/index.php?main ... ts_id=1933 for AED 11,000! Clearly it costs much less! 1,065 USD
So i'm thinking of importing the kit I want by myself (well not GTR style kit  ) then give it to him for paiting and installation.. what do you guys think?

They do not specialize in bodywork or Nissans afaik so this might be going out of the way to find a bodykit, ship it individually from a dealer they have no experience with and then install it for you.You ask anyone to ship it for you and they will charge you alot more, ship it yourself and get it installed from any decent garage who does bodywork and fabrications, don't need to go to LAP57,C&C and the likes for a simple install.Your bodykit may also be fabricated and copied a zillion times by the famous/reputed garages if given to them and you might end up seeing every other Altima with your kit

Hmm.. Ya but I want the kit to be installed properly, I don't want it to look cheap in the end.. That is why I went to a well known garage, they showed me the white s2000 with the custom body kit in TNT's post. It looked really good! If you know another garage that can paint the kit and install it then please do tell!
Btw, I got a reply from them already! They wanted more details about where I live or want it to be sent.
I asked them about another kit, it's a lips kit. It also looks CLEAN!

if u keep them black then it begins to look like " yes i am a tuner i ordered this kit and it was so pricey that i spent all my monies in buying and was too desperate to get it on the car"
;p

Order a decent looking kit, more vents and curves will make it look rice..IMO..

try accolade body kits...

If I keep it black it will look like the car is in pieces... and my car is blue as in the pic.
and I saw Accolade website, they don't have anything for the Altima Coupe

Ya I know it will cost me at least 6 or 7 K, but im not going to pay anything above 10K! Because the kit from the dealer costs 10K with installation :S
I've searched all websites, and actually stillen looks like the one to go with! (Y)
still waiting for the price quotation though...
and YES I've checked body-kit.com, the most recent kits for Altima they have are for the 05-06 models

CARiD.com will ship this body kit http://www.carid.com/2008-nissan-altima ... 80526.html
for AED 1,800.
So I'll get the body kit with the shipping for about 4,600. (Y).
paiting and installing (at LAP57) will cost 3K, so it will be ready for AED 7,600
