A rotting 530i In my building has been abandoned by its owner for a long time. The building management has contacted the owner & he is not interested in the car anymore.

His company went bust & he left the country for good, despite recent attempts to convince him to sell the car have proved futile, since he cannot come to transfer the car.

The building management wants to clear the parking lot, The keys are with the building management I am interested to buy the car, If possible transfer the money to the previous owner or do the necessary to own it what is the legal procedure?

why dont you call midland cars(in bur dubai) and ask them how to go about the purchase of the car.

a while back a friend bought a car, midland cars had some papers which both parties signed then the seller did not have to be present at the rta. maybe you can get that form from them mail it to the seller wherever he/she is.
