Its clearly what the driver prefers to do...a LOUD car is not LOUD unless driven in that manner

I made it to the Motoring Middle East meet today and was wondering what a shitty rule it is. All the Roush Mustangs were ear shattering loud, so why are they exempt, only because they come like that from the factory? It doesn't make sense. Both cars will 'disturb the peace' in this shitty neighbourhood. I'm now looking at garages which can remove my noisy muffler and replace it with a quiet, no name brand one. Any suggestions?

Wow, and i had just bought a car and was planning to get an air intake and headers sometime later on. How unlucky. There are couple of cars in sharjah university too, guys who are too cheap to buy exhausts and hence drill holes into the original one... Some people just screw it up for everybody.
