Need HELP!! NISSAN GTR R34 LHD CONVERSION

Hi, guys! Im a newby here.. i found this site for 3 reasons

1. Is to know where i can find LHD conversion kits FOR NISSAN SKYLINE GTR-R34 VSPEC
A. LHD DASH BOARD
B. LHD DASHBOARD PANELS, LHD MFD, CONTROLS AND STALKS and WIPER COWL
C. LHD STEERING WHEEL, STEERING COLUMN

2. To know how much will it cost me if i would have to buy the car from japan and shipped it to dubai in a specific shop that can convert it or it would be much easier for me to purchase a car there that is already converted. And lastly

3. How much it would cost me to ship it here in my country philippines.
