check and tune the A/F mixture... maybe its very rich...

and also ask WTF what are the mods.. he installed on the engine..

whats your Km/L ratio?

and also it depends on your driving style,

unnecessary speeding and hard breacking adds up to your fuel consumption...

A=air , F = fuel...

maybe its so rich thats why its eatin up lots of gas, and also have your car properly tuned...

Mike's right. You could probably do that by unhooking your battery for about 10 minutes and hooking it back up. (That's how we do it on Tibs)

Exactly.. but if you'd know better (Sorry Spark :) ) , some cars , like tibs, have a fuse for the Ecu apart.. so you can pull it out, wait for a while, and plug it in again. Saves you from setting your clock again and such..

But yes, on your car, you can probbbly just disconnect the battery.. and press the brake a few times (will use last electricity n the system.. in case there's some left).. Wait a while, connect the battery again, and start the car and let it idle for a few minutes..

Meng i told u before goin to some garage ... its better if u put it in Honda Service Center for Computer checking ... i am very sure they would find out .. and tell u wuts wrong with teh fuel consumption ... or some problems with teh car ... it will only cost u 100 dhs for that ...

There's no doubt teh car can kick %#%$ (dat's why i have teh guts to challenge da 2 TIBURETS :lol: ) ... i know how teh car kicks and u know that too ... and also .. like others told u .. it depends on how u drive .. rapid acceleration means more petrol u goin to consume ...

i did reset teh ECU before too and there's no change .... take teh car in Honda Service Center .. have it computer .. after that .. they would enlighten u up ...

It’s nothing bad man.. maybe you have a little fuel leak.. If you rev your engine, do you have a lot of drips in your exhaust (unburnt fuel)? How much Gallons do you put in there?

Hmm dont just goto any honda workshop, goto the Honda Service Centre ( Al Futtaim Service Centre ) going at any other place would mean problems in the long term just like Albertho said..

And mikeh and sparko thanks for the information man.. I would also do that today, im sick of adding Carburetor Cleaners with my petrol.

I hope i spelled that right.
