The seller is a SHJ resident and has registered the car in UAQ using his 'wasta', as per info i got from my friend. The seller told my friend that he would register the car in my friend's name if he buys the car. But even if that is the case, what about the renewal procedures later on. Will the UAQ tasjeel make an issue later on?
