Well as far as US price goes..
Top of line track version for genesis 3.7 coupe is around 30Gs and Base version of G37 is 35Gs.... so do the math...
And there is inline 4 turbo version for 21Gs...

Lol, I could almost not tell the difference in the beginning until I red what Neo wrote...
Honestly speaking I don't care if it gets raped by a G37, or how expensive it is...the fact is this car looks looks awesome and its a huge achievment from the Koreans......

Even though its similar I am sure it can rape the g37, even if it could'nt win i would appreciate that it stood up & faced one of the best cars available today!!

Basically I hate hyundais...
But somehow i end up owning them...The first car i brought was a hyundai that i hated the most in this planet.. i used to spit at those cars when i see them... fate...

The second one is also a hyundai... again fate...

Now the only other car that i am tempted to buy that wud fit my budget is also a hyundai??? thats not fate.. that crap.. :D

Hyundai should pay me for this publicity..

Wonder what price it will be here? 30K is top end track version in the USA = 110,000 AED.....

This is a great post. Its show far far everyone has come. I rember when Hyundai came out. In the US, everyone hated them. No one thought that they could ever get this far. Now we comparing a Hyundai, one of the wrost car ever build, to a infinity. Thats crazy. Hyundai has came a long way. I am in the US, and I would fine a hard reason not to buy some of the Hyundai line up. Here, everyone is pushing US cars to save them from going under, but They don't have that "spark" that I'm looking for. If I was looking for a new car, I would at Hyundai before a US. That is a big statement.

the genesis smaller 2.0 liter engine share the same engine with evo !

Toleg is right - Hyundai gets most of its engines from Mitsubishi. The 2.0 Turbo version will be carrying the same engine as the Evo X (4B11) ....

I have been reading some reviews on the Genesis and thus far they haven't been great. Yes the car looks good, but when it comes to quality, handling and power its lacking alot!! Everyone is saying the interior is just horrid and the quality of the parts used were cheap. the handling is not so inline with the driver compared to other cars in its league. Also everyone was expecting alot more "uumph" form the Genesis but that didn't happen either. BTW I am talking about the V6 version not the turbo one.

I might go to the dealer when I am free and give it a test drive. will let you all know if the genesis is worth its price or not.
