They said it's okay to double park as long as you leave your phone number on your car. But today when I went out to shift it to a safer parking area it had a ticket on the windshield.

Do you guys know where's the main police station here in SHJ?
Or is there any other place where I can pay for this fine?

You can only pay those wankers at their main station, which is near the Ajman/Sharjah border, close to the stadium.

I have no idea. Been there once, don't intend to go again! I just remember it being in the %#%$ end of Sharjah, with morons in uniforms wasting space and oxygen.

oziii, calm down man....i know how u feel...i have got many fines for double parking, and was to avoid from the clowns denting my body while opening their cars..but still i have a pretty decent door marks in my car..what to do????

sharky, why are you in a hurry and worried, its ok till you go to register your car next time...pay them then...Unless they have took your licence or so pay it immediately..

I'll be registering it this month so I'll probably pay it then. That is IF this SHJ fine shows up there. If not then I would have to go to the SHJ police station directly.

Agree with Affsal. Unless you get a black point on your license, you can pay your Sharjah double parking fine while renewing your registration.

Um no. I had an accident a year ago in Sharjah, and it was my fault, and I got 2 black points on my license, not registration, so I had to go to their HQ and pay the fine. I also had a parking fine of 200, but I paid it in Dubai, while renewing my registration, so relax. You don't get black points for double parking. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if Anjad implemented this rule.
