RAV4 Audio Upgrade

Hi Everyone,
I have a Rav4 and i'm planning to upgrade its audio. Nothing major like installing subwoofer etc. May be changing its stock Head Unit and Speakers.Just a mild upgrade.
For time being i'm planning to change the speakers only and retain its stock Head Unit.Rav 4 has got 4 door mounted midrange (??) (5"-6.5" i guess) and 2 tweeters.
My Budget is around AED 500-1000 for speakers only.
- Can i find speakers (All 6) from brands like Focal,Infinity etc.. ?
- If yes can i connect it to stock toyota Head Unit? (replacing stock speakers)
