hi guys...
I own a Mazda 3 2006 model...
having some problem in selecting audio system

as u saw above in the pic... Mazda 3 comes with built in (moulded or wat ever) head unit... so...

is there any way that i can add a woofer (1000 W) without changing my head unit...

nother problem is can i use the stock speakers with this 1000W woofer

i'm ready to buy speakers... but dont think there is a place to fix em... other than replacing the stock speakers...because the place behind the rear seat are made of some plastic or fibre material...

MAzda 3 comes with 16cm round stock speakers as u can see in the above picture... so will i get a similar speaker which can be use with the 1000W woofer...
wat shud be the wattage of the amplifier for 1000W woofer and 4 matching speaker..

can anyone give me the best config. of woofer..amp..and speakers..

PM or email Neo, he's pretty cool with those things..

But I guess you need an amp to juice them 1000w woofers.

But then again, do you really need 1000watt?

Well guys i own an Accord 2007, i myself hav a built in head unit which cannot be changed
i havnt changed my stock speakers since i already hav a built in amp and 350watt speakers at the back

i hav connected a 1000W kenwood woofer with a 250W amp in my car
the bass is actually a lot ... but ppl say its coz of the 350W speakers i hav @ the back ... since the new woofers are RMS they dnt need high Watt amps my frnd got the same woofer attached with a 640W amp and he's got the same amount of bass as i do ...

DO u mean Bose!!!
They have a class of their own... been coming out with innovative stuff some time ago...
They have cool car audio stuff.. but bose being the best of the best in car audio? I doubt it.

customize a box,

if you want i can give the design and dimension, pick a good woofer(
, and a good amplifier to power up your subs, if you want you can put on seperates to but this would be a hefty job because of the plastic thing on the M3,

if you want to change you stereo theres a way..

here it is...

one-din

two-din

another option

buddy xplods are a complete no-no!!! don't go on their looks or name go for companies specializing in sound lik bose,JL Audio, soundstream for woofers, earthquake etc. even most of the JBL's in uae are fake so watch out for them...cheers (Y)
