unlocking american iphone for UAE use

hey guys just a quick question, one of my girlfriends recently got back from the states and she wants to get her iphone unlocked for using it here, any vendors in dubai who can do an on the spot job would be great so like locations, amount of time it'd take to get it done and costs for the process would be awesome

dude, youtube "jailbreak + unlock iphone 3gs" and follow the youtube video...It takes litterly 5mins to download everything and do the unlock:S...
