And the best option would be to give up and look for something else
Trust me on this one.

well..as TNT said..drop the idea..due to the fact of the rotatory engine and its lack of mechanics and maint. and several other causes...i guess you shall drop the idea...
Autotrader had many RX8 and RX7s for sale..blue..red..yellow..maybe they stopped brining.. :)...

I feared as much :( ... Subaru, they are nice... I guess  Oh and thanks for the advice, it is appreciated!

A bit off topic, what cars are the easiest to A) Keep running B) Give a performance BOOST here in the UAE? And sadly for now I would like reliability and ease of parts (and price) over performance... maybe later that will change :)

hmm...JDMs are nice..but for a change how about a european zippy ride...somethin like the likes of bmw m3s...330ci or smdin with a merc...with a couple of modds..cmon they also have nice engines that can be souped up in their own ways..was thinking that its all JDM..so why not try a new proj.. ;p

btw i just recalled..there are a couple of Rx's in town..but very rarely as in for show purposes is used or stuff like that..There used to be this local guy who had a RX in red...with a widebody kit..it was posted a while back on this forums somwhere...if memory serves me right i guess he had bought 2-3 mechanics from japan just to upkeep the car...corect me if im wrong...

about supras...there was a time months back that people were selling clean/modded supras .. search aweer for a jdm import or keep the lookout on souq.

I am a German car fan... Expecially Opel. Recently fell in love with Renault too... Maybe I should just go for one of those 5 series Beemers that are always being advertised for so cheap :S
