04 Civic Type R - Quick Sale

Hi Guys,
Looking to sell my Type R.
its a 2004 and you can see details of the car in the "Members Gallery".
I bought it last year in August. I have driven about 500kms since then and spent over 10K in the garage and on parts! I have the bills with me and the work has been done at Lap57. Tires/rims/battery/radiator/fans/water pump/hoses/thermostat/condenser/compressor and more all been replaced with genuine honda parts!
Body still needs a bit of love to have the car looking brand new!
I'm looking for a quick sale. I'm open to offers but nothing below 28K please.

2006, first registered in 2007. 92,000kms and serviced regularly with the dealer. Just out of major service 1000kms ago (AED1800 - reciept available).
4.0L, AFE Intake, fully automatic. No accidents. Always Garaged!
