a 1jz GTE swap should be within the 10k mark, including labour, engine, wiring harness, ecu, differential, drivetrain (R154 tranny), and the 5 lug r32 disc brake conversion...

depends on the speed of the work, a minimum of like a couple of weeks for comfortable work, and can take months if done slowly...
