I need help for doing B16 wiring in my car.

Hi to all,
I have bought an crx 91 model and i have swap B16 engine with pr3 computer. but their is sum issue with the wirring. the rpm does not go above 4.Can any 1 help me or suggest me who can help me in doing complete wiring wiring for my car. Pls do let me knw how much it can cost me pls do pm me. Thanks

PR3 is obd1, run a diag test and check which codes are you getting then start troubleshooting from there.

bro dont give wrong info....... pr3 is obd0 wiring has done chapter close
