Ya you are right brother i was mistaken .............. Nismo originally designed the concept of the Z-tune in 2002 when Nissan was putting an end to the R34 Skyline production. The first Z-tune was built in 2003, using a used 2002 Skyline GTR V-Spec II. It was built with a concept RB26DETT 'Z1' engine . The engine was now a 2.8L, and produced about 600 hp . Hope this time i got the right information .
Thanks for pointing it out

Actually three models of 3.0 L RB30 were produced:
RB30 S - carbureted single-cam
RB30 E - fuel-injected single-cam (114 kW @ 5200 rpm, 247 N·m (25.2 kgf·m) @ 3600 rpm)
RB30 ET - fuel-injected single-cam turbo (150 kW)
The RB30 S was found in some Middle Eastern R31 Skylines and in some Nissan Patrols. The RB30 E was found in R31 Skylines and VL Commodores in Australia as well as in South African R31 Skylines (with 126 kW @ 5000 rpm and 260 Nm @ 3500 rpm) . And about the RB30 ET i am not confirmed in which car were they used
