Not registerable, but yes that is in the UAE.
Common sight in 3wafi and RAK, problems arise in this setup in the gear though.
Not 4WD, im pretty sure its RWD.

are there any vitara with turbo on stock motor??
any clue how much it will cost for turbo setup on a stock 4wd vitara???

No Vitara came with a FI setup from the factory.

cost on stock motor would be around 5k max, any small turbine like a td06 (usually used) will do, on low boost.

seen these before, for hill climbs etc i've even seen an E30 320 BMW with a 1 JZ.... crazy

Yes, I'm the proud owner of this very car
I was able to make a 4wd setup on it but it costed a fortune, I still have it on a W58 5 speed manual (small 1jz gearbox) and it flies on dunes without the need of 4wd, it has a single to4e setup now, I'll post pics of the new setup on cardomain
