ok your question states the obvious that you are confident that your gonna win. You prob got a supercharger or some thing or the other going on in the engine!!!....
but either way the F430 is fast and would beat ur car "IF IT WAS STOCK" ..how ever the F430 aint as fast as you think it is!!..iv seen merc E63 skrewing the F430!!!..you pay so much for exotic car...yet u got a merc playing with it..just a thought!!

if the lumina SS is heavily <and i mean really heavy>> modded with corect modifications...
i guess it can beat a stock ferrari..but a modded SS and a modded F430..

loool @Gtr-35 ......in a str8 i guess the F430 will go....and as usaf23 said a modded (intake, exhaust system etc) SS could neva beat a F430...but a TUNED...well thats another story...

I'm running 515 HP on the crank which is about 454 RWHP (no alcohol)... and the F430 flywheel is running 490 HP (I think it doesn’t lose as much as my car looses on the rear wheel coz the engine sits directly on the wheel)... for me that's doesn't mean anything when it comes to a strait line race (DRAG) what matter is the Torque, My car produce 604 Nm but the F430 produces 465 Nm... that’s what made the deference... I took the guy from 1st gear by few cm ahead only... and he was changing like a MF, I was waiting for the moment when he would jump on me... I changed to 2nd and I jumped more, where by that time he was already around 4th gear... when I felt my 3rd is about to take over ... I waved BYE BYE to the driver ... and I toke him by half a car, then he pressed the break with a shock on his face ... I finished the race and all I as thinking of is a “cigarette”... It’s all about TORQUE when the HP is close... Correct me if I’m wrong...
