Yeah, but they'll do it for you free of charge, and replace your current router with a POS Aztech or Siemens. The new connection will be good, with lower pings.

Al Shamil is the name Etisalat uses to refer to their Broadband service for home users, regardless of technology used. So that won't change, just the cables will.
