As per the law,any modification done outside the dealership is an offence.GS and SCs can get away with a 2J/1J because these variants were offered by Toyota (I'm not too sure if GSs even get away with 2JZ-GTEs).Try swapping a 2JZ-GTE into a Yaris and explain to the cops that its a Toyota with a Toyota motor

It usually comes down to how much the cops here know about your car.i've been stopped several times with the Starlet and trust me they usually don't know what car it is as its debadged with a Soleil trunk!Guy has a Tercel,a FI Tercel is a sure impound and that hood scoop and badges ask for trouble because a 4E-FTE Tercel is not something new.I never said change the hood w/o a fmic,I don't think the owner is that stupid!

Consider getting a custom manifold as the stock manifold is very restrictive,might have to give up on your air-con though

All the stickers have been taken off . The only sticker it has is a GT sticker at the back. NO WAY im giving up AC for a custom manifold. It has a straight down pipe & im happy with that. Im just annoyed with the car because i cant go over 100 on high ways as the turbo spools up at if a leave my accelerator just a little the waste gate keeps on going like wooos

h .. Its like if i wanna speed i can go all the way .. or stay at 100-110 on highways ....
Just dropped in a K&N Filter today as the car had No air filter at all. It was a pain in the %#%$ to put it! But i did it somehow in the end! Im thinking to put in the filter facing down ... like putting it from underneath the car or leave it like the way it is.

After talking to the guy for ages .. the price for the intercooler has come down to 700 without install .. I'll have to do that my self.. he said he will tell me how to install the intercooler in my car so i can go home & do it .

& the RED SEATS ARE FINALLY OFF!
