Feeler: Track Evening on the 12th of August, 2011

The previous track evening (details of which can be found in the link below) was a massive success with a huge turnout, so this thread is a feeler to gauge interest for the next one on the 12th of August, 2011.

Cost:

More than 10 cars - AED420 each (30% off) (if you need a helmet, Rent one for AED 50)
15 cars or more - AED300 each (50% off)
Passengers - AED50 each, Registered Novice drivers can ride free with an Advanced driver
Helmet hire - AED50 (Helmets are mandatory)
For those wishing to hire the services of an Instructor, the cost is AED300 for a 20min session (well worth the money). Please indicate if you wish to have this service.

Track Evening Schedule:

19:30 – Arrival – Race Administration (Prompt Arrival please)
20:00 – Briefing Covering Basics - Mandatory, without which you won't be allowed to participate
20:10 – First Session (Group A Advanced) + additional theory for beginners
20.30 – Familiarization Laps & First Session (Group B New Comers)
21.00 – Second Session (Group A Advanced)
21.20 – Second Session (Group B New Comers)
21.40 – Third Session (Group A Advanced)
22.00 – Third Session (Group B Newcomers)

Evening should be over by 22:30

Remember:

1) No powerslides/drifting
2) If this is your first track day, you'll be enrolled in the Novice Group, which means no passengers and no drifting/powerslides
3) Bring plenty of liquids
4) We'll most probably have our own pit garage to park the cars, unload loose items, and keep our tools, accessories and cooler boxes

It's first come first serve TBH, and we can have a maximum of 20 per group. If we exceed this, the others will have to be on standby in case someone drops out (1 or 2 usually do).

Guys, appreciate that it is fairly close to the last one, so it's no biggy if we don't get a huge turnout. I would rather we gather our strength for a big push in September
