The previous track evening (details of which can be found in the link below) was a massive success with a huge turnout, here's the next one. Thank you Dubai Autodrome for extending the discounts till September!

Cost:

More than 10 cars - AED420 each (30% off) (if you need a helmet, Rent one for AED 50)
15 cars or more - AED300 each (50% off)
Passengers - AED50 each, Registered Novice drivers can ride free with an Advanced driver
Helmet hire - AED50 (Helmets are mandatory)
For those wishing to hire the services of an Instructor, the cost is AED300 for a 20min session (well worth the money). Please indicate if you wish to have this service.

Remember:

1) No powerslides/drifting
2) If this is your first track day, you'll be enrolled in the Novice Group, which means no passengers and no drifting/powerslides
3) Bring plenty of liquids
4) We'll most probably have our own pit garage to park the cars, unload loose items, and keep our tools, accessories and cooler boxes

It's first come first serve, and we can have a maximum of 20 per group. If we exceed this, the others will have to be on standby in case someone drops out (1 or 2 usually do). You will be joined by drivers from the BMWClub, Honda Club and Evolve.

We spoke to DA. This offer is valid until the end of September 2011. There is an event on the 14 Oct, for which I am still waiting for DA to confirm what discount they will offer us - YES, there will be a discount, just not sure what yet - but we have 18 names already for the 14 Oct.

I should add that we are in discussion with DA to confirm a winter long discount for a min no of cars at each Track Day.

so i just show up at the door DA & tell them am from UAEBoost Forum n i pay discounted rate? where is the gathering point its my first trip to DA!

btw i got 3 questions:

what dose "Suzuki Swift Cup" means! are they holding an event there?

are newbies with stock cars right! not that i would mind driving all by my self ..

do they have a petrol station near by i may come in a cheve tahoe instead of altima "i hope not X("

first everyone gathers together, names are checked and then pay and collect helmet

Suzuki Swift Cup is another event, they have a race series going on, so they need to use the track too

first time drivers joins the Novice group, later you can opt for Advance.... doesnt matter if cars are stock or modded, as long as its safe to run.

on emirates road, before the exit to Arjan and motor city there is a petrol station, so you can stop, fill up on gas and get some refreshments for the summer heat
