There is still some problem. You can have tire run out even on new tires . Get your wheel balanced on a machine which does road force too. If there is nothing on steering components, then i guess its your tire . see what your wheel is hub centered or lug centered. Most of the guys just put it as hub centered. Give it another shot! that is if you are sure you alignment is right!

My university has a road force wheel balancing, so if you are willing to send your wheels here i'll do it real quick
I haven't seen road force with anyone, but i know this guy who is really good at alignment and balancing. Next to the seat showroom Rashidiya.
Directions
Airport tunnel from shj to dubai after you come out of the tunnel go straight you will see karachi darbar and stuff. On that road you have to take the last right before the bridge to business bay.
after you take right go straight keep on going and keep an eye on the left side you will see seat showroom. Next to that there is wheel wheel balancing / alignment shop . I cant remember the name last time i went to him was years back, cuz he fixed my problem once i never had to come back . I cant even remember the price , but he does really good job .

Cheers!
