BIGGER RIMS = WRONG READING ON YOUR MILEAGE, WRONG ON YOUR SPEED, LESS MILEAGE ON CAR, SLOWER CAR, HARD ON BUSHINGS ETC, RIDE LIKE YOU DRIVING A SUV, ALIGNMENT ISSUES, RUBBING BODY ETC, MEANS YOU NEED TO GET YOUR BODY WORKED TOO ( ROLLED FENDERS ETC)
Stick to smaller rims on a small car.
Those were my 2 cents, now if you wanna be a like a low rider mexican, go ahead.
Cheers!

I don't want to be Mr. Obvious, but what's wrong with checking the speedometer?! Having bigger rims will result in different readings that the actual speed! IT IS NORMAL!!
Even though I agree with you, it's still a personal taste, if you don't like big rims it is up to you!
Back to the OP, I don't really know about Fake Nismo rims, but I heard that they stopped producing them for a while now. So if the ones you have are new, then they're probably fakes..
I have the Lenso D1, I had these first 17X7.5
They were brilliant, but then a guy wanted them so bad that he paid a really good price for them.
Then I got the same rims, but 17 X 8" and a brushed aluminum finish
Where are you getting the lenso rims from? How much for the rims alone?

The Nismo RIMS i checked are made in 2002, they are USED RIMS.
The LENSO i found it in the RIM Shop behind Sahara, dont know the name of the shop but they are the only ones who have it as of what i know among those RIM shops. The price of RIMS alone is Dhs 1700 for 17x7 4x114.3

I know that as i go bigger rims it will affect mileage and speedometer readings, my concern was rubbing issue. Because when i put on the NISMO 8.5 at the back it was to close to the suspension and i was wondering the issues its going to have.
Just one opinion i want right now is the Lenso D1R selling for Dhs.1700 RIMS alone and with NITTO tires 205/40/17 or Dunlop Direzza 4 of them 205/45/17 it is for Dhs.2900. Is this price a good deal i am getting or can i get a better deal ? Also i want to sell my 16" rims of 2011 Nissan tiida with tires, one of the other shops over there was ready to pay 1.2k for it but because i am not buying anything from them they were not willing to take it. My rims they sell for about 2.2k with tires in the market in these places, i am willing to sell for 1.5k or the closest offer. If anybody is interested let me know i have put it in the FOR sale section.

AED 1700 is a good price, I'm guessing AED 1200 is also a good price for the tires.
Why don't you sell your Original rims and tires to the same shop? (Ard al Emirate)
I like the Nismo rims, they could be real since they were made in 2002.
Are you planning to drop the car later?

@Mr.HacKeR - They were willing to buy my RIMS and tires only for Dhs.500! Honestly i will not sell it for that price, another friend who has a tiida bought same rims as mine for 2.2k from a shop like this in sharjah, i would rather sell mine for something close to 1.5k for all 4 rims and tires which is in very good condition with just 14000 kms done on it.
Yes, i am planning to drop it later with Coilovers.
NISMO Rims could be real, but i checked about that particular RIM from NISMO Rays, couldnt find any information about a 4 bolt model anywhere. And the NISMO logo on the wheels are stickers which also could be fake
