TNT is right, 19's would have done you good. Unfortunately it looks like your running SUV tires on your rims, lol...

If you can't sort out this tire problem just roll your fender so it can clear the rubbing area. it will be cheaper then replacing the tires itself. Later on when its time to change your tires you can :)

I wont reckon to go for 19 unless the rims are really light weight...car is just 4 cyl and that also NA so wont be able to take 19" will be very sluggish

Rolling fender might not do any good as he might not be rubbing just on the outside wall but all over of the thread, he isnt running negative camber.
