A1 Category
1st - Mirage Mivec
2nd - Ford Puma RS
3rd - Mirage Mivec
4th - Mirage Mivec
Your Lucky that there is no "H" badges running and no "V" (vtec) power hehehe , right accord?
good to know the mivec is pretty strong , i was thinking there must be a reason why the mivec are not famous like vetc , vvt !! i afriad the engine has a major problem , but without problem at the 24h , i believe it is good engine !!WTF wrote:there's an "H" running on track ... S2000 .. but i think its on another category ... wonder why there's no 1.6 "H" running .. they can always put an EK with a B16 engine ... u think it can handle 24H race without any major issues ?
check the history of the mivec , you will find out mitsubish are the frist company design the mivec engine before honda vtec and toyota vvt !! but now people know vtec , vvt and what is mivec , most of them they don't know , i was one of them too !!
actually i would love to see 1.6L vtec at the 24h , should be fun !! i wonder why no one bring a ek9 for 24h !!
I and couple of my friends were also at Autodrome to see DDC. We were suprised that there was only those European cars running. What happened to those guys who we saw drifting last year in U.A.Q.? What about rumour that D1 is coming to Dubai on March? We just happened to hear that at the pit.

It was a shame not even one driver from anywhere in the Middle East participated in the event. I doubt that could be due to bad advertising. Guess my arabic lessons theory proved right to some extent after all. Did we have any Arabic versions of the flyer?MJ wrote:I and couple of my friends were also at Autodrome to see DDC. I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon. The Americans didn't stand upto the Japanese very well. The Arabians still have a long way to go.What about rumour that D1 is coming to Dubai on March? We just happened to hear that at the pit.
Damn....couldnt make it to the Drift show....had lotta projects to work on...

what bout the warqa guys...
nways....next time...we should seriously plan somthing out...
