just happned to see this thread... as you first stated.. reagarding the challenger..dont go for a american gas guzzler..it will rip you wallet apart in terms of service..parts..gas..

Reading this thread...the eclipse is good..but i know what you mean by boring interior...i have one in my bldg and i have seen this car at the autshow since i was awaiting its launch too.. good engine..good seats..good design..funky colous..but dead DASH !!! :( .. however you could modify it you know ;-) ... cf vynls etc..

Other cars as Accord98 said..GTi and Civic TypeR...from this 2 i say Gti ...best bang for the buck !

al d best.

Japanese FTW. Do you require brand new or used? There are literally tonnes of excellent Japanese tuners on Dubizzle and Souq.

Wow u gave me a ton of nice options! Thanks a million!
But i went to Mitsubishi today, the insurance for the eclipse is for 4500 dhs and the registration is for 450 dhs! (under my dad's name ofcourse)
And if I want to add a rear view camera, tinted glass, rust proof paint, parking sensors and Bluetooth, all of this will cost me (in addition to the car it self for sure, the V6 GT) 87,200 dhs!
I think that's great!
I also need to think about the selling price, I don't think I'll get a higher selling price other for any other car other than the eclipse...
but I'll check all the cars u told me about :)
And ya I would love to drive a manual car! But in shari'ah it will be a pain in the back, because of all the traffic..

Ya I was thinking about modifying the interior myself, I will put GPS and that's it, it doesn't need anything else, it got a 9 speaker 7 CD changer sound system + a Rockford subwoofer in the trunk!
Plus the one I'm getting is the eclipse premium package, which is a bit different than the normal one, 18. Inch alloy wheels, aluminum pedals + eclipse logo on the floor when u open the door, HID headlights, fog lamps, spoiler and all

That is a great price, I say go for it. You can't find any other Japanese car with so many options for below 90k.
Fantastic price.
