Folks, when did Lap57 stop accepting non-Japanese cars? I sent an email to their Service Advisor requesting for a quote for some work on my cars (which I've serviced there previously) and they replied saying that they've stopped accepting cars that aren't Japanese, starting from this January.

I wanted the following work to be done:

For the Mercedes E55 AMG:

1) Replace water pump and belt (I have the brand new, OEM parts)
2) Replace idle pulley and tensioner (I have the brand new, OEM parts)
3) Replace all 16 spark plugs (I have the brand new, OEM plugs)
4) Inspect brake fluids and washer fluids and top-up if required
5) Check right head lamp bulb
6) Replace brakepads (I will provide the new ceramic pads)
7) Check fuel pump and replace if necessary (I have the brand new, OEM part)
8) Check radiator thermostat and replace (not sure if it was replaced in my last service at Lap57)
9) Check all 4 shock absorbers

For the Lincoln MKX:

1) Full service, including oil change, air filter, oil filter. I don't have these parts, but will provide the synthetic engine oil.
2) Check brakepads and replace if necessary (I will provide the new ceramic brakepads)
3) Top-up fluids and check for leaks in the engine seals and transmission seals, etc.
4) Check drive shaft and engine mounts, transmission mounts
5) Check OBD port for error codes since it smells like it's burning too rich. Could be a sensor problem.
