I guess it will come down here. Added competition for the Accord and Altima Coupe. This one looks best IMO.

I mentioned it ^
I still think this looks better. The Accord coupe isn't anything great from the rear.

No :)
Comparison:

Accord Coupe Interior:

Image

It might have good build quality and all but all those boring colours, beige leather and wooden trim makes me feel atleast 10 years older than I actually am.

Mazda 6 interior:

Image

Build quality as good as the Accord (read: top notch) but the metallic surfaces and piano black trim makes it feel sporty. The gauge panel itself is a beauty:

I don't understand the Accord Coupé interior .. Whats with the black between all that beige? The steering and the gear area looks kinda conspicuous! lol!

And I agree with Testosterone [ :D ] .. The Mazda 6 Coupé looks way better but the red convertible in the picture is total crap!

I wish they Altima people did what Digimod had done coupla years back .. SWEET IMO!

Personally, I dont like it. There has to be something more to the car than just redesigned speed clusters(mazda 3 type) and those seats. Its more to do with the exterior appeal and to me this is just a 4 door Mazda restructured into a coupe.

Accord and altima have done a nice job by making a different car than the normal 4 door sedans. I think Accord will still be a better deal than this Mazda.

Interior wise, I still favour the Accord. Mazda looks so dull to me , its like dark clouds hovering around you. Accord looks fresh. (maybe something wrong with my eyes if you disgaree)

Mazda is still a great car. My first car was a Mazda 626 and I still have a special place for them in my heart.

Even the clusters aren't redesigned :) The pics I posted were of the sedan ^
It might not be really different from the sedan, but it is a looker. For a moment just forget that the sedan versions of the Altima, Accord and Mazda 6 exist. Just compare the 3 coupes and I'm sure most, if not all, will like the Mazda 6.

I stand in the "not all" category. Just a humble statement from an Accord Lover. :D

Honda (Y)
