installation of Exhaust.

Dear.Members!!!

My car is hyundai genesis coupe 3.8-

I wanna install ARK exhaust(Cat Back only)

I don't wanna manifold,down pipe,test pipe....anyway....

I Wanna install only cat back system..is it possbile passing in RTA test?

and police will be catch me or not...?

ARK Exhaust specification mentioned Decibel only 85 Decible/3000RPM

Please give me advise for me.... really i wanna install ARK exhaust.

i'm driving eclipse(because i'm looser) and i have straight exhaust, it's throwing fire and other, and no one newer stop me

in RTA they vill ask you questions - just explane them that they are stupid and this is original and this all

I got my ek with a cat back....and it passed in one go...and i passed my car in shj...

if including manifold will be i'm in trouble is it?

actually my car without manifold difficult increase for horse power.

anyway i will do cat back only in this time and will be i do full exhaust.

They dont tolerate exhausts...cat back is fine

me and my friend have catsback on our GC and both stay in shj and dont have issues with the police
i have a red GC with injen catback and my friend has a white GC with ark catback (both of us have the vega bumpers)
let me know if you want to hear the ark exhaust

i think we saw each other a while back on emirates road at night

just drive carefully and dont go about revving loudly to impress others. cops will pull you over only if you give them a reason to.

if at all the rta guys give you any trouble during registration, remove exhaust put stock one back on. wont cost you more than 300-500 to swap them out and back again.

The Genny coupe is such an awesome car, i almost bought it when i ws getting a Lumina SS for a bargain !!.. great car!

as for exhaust, as soflow said, drive arnd smoothly and dont go revving... unmarked cars or cop cars will pull you over . many cars roll around with aftermarket exhausts and even pass the RTA test. Make sure your catback doesnt look all shiny and stuff. it should look stock
