H22 or H23 for CD4 Accord 97?

Hi all.
I wanted some opinions and suggestion whether to go for a h22 or a h23 swap. I like to have more lower end & mid range power
I currently have a f20b2 sohc NON vtec (gulf spec)engine
and also would like to know good places to get the swap done + buying the engine.
I know i can get from sharjah scrap etc and swap it in a known garage but would like other ideas.
