I've been told it's a rocker arm.. to avoid engine knocking... This helps motor mounts.
Or are you talking about the bolt and the nut?

well the exact naming will change according to the company/blah blah,, but i think it's the same as a Torque Arm,, to release the tension during WOT (Wide Open Throttle).. transmitting the Shock into the whole chassis instead of this case, the motor mounts

Oooooops..
A torque arm indeed... a rocker arm is something for the cams. Stupid me, stupid stupid stupid me.
Another name is an
engine torque damper. It
damps the
engine's
torque (duh
)

if u r using the original engine of ur car most probably u will not need that
but if u installed a different engine, it would be useful to avoid the knocks when u leave and immediately after floor the accelerator
or u can just put some wooden plates between the mounths and ears of the egine as i succesfully did in past
