I tried a placed called Zain Car Cleaning a month back which I found really professional. They scored highly on my 3 criteria (products used, detailing knowledge and price). They only use Meguiars products, are fully versed in car detailing and charge 450 Dhs for the bull monty. The 450 Dhs includes full internal upholstery shampoo and clean, external wax and polish (2 stage buffing) and engine degrease and steam wash they charged me 450 Dhs. Other specialist work on scratches/swirls, etc is extra.

I have used Sara and Yellow Hat before but they charge too much (700-800 Dhs) and these guys are much better in price and I would say the quality of their detailing is just as good if not better. Also they offer a very handy pick up and drop off service. For 50 Dhs they picked my car up (from Marina) in the morning and dropped it back at night the same day! That really suited me and was cheaper than doing the taxi run back and forth. Anyway I would definitely recommend them - they are in Ras Al Khor near the used car market and if you want to try them you can reach them on 056 125 1856. 8-)

Yeah they do rims - I spoke to a guy called Saif there who knew his stuff. They use the full suit of Meguiars and the more specialist products (which were extra to the package) like ScratchX, SwirlX, ClayBar, Rim Polish, etc on customer request and as I said before he was well versed in the pro's and con's of using each and the results that it produces. What I liked is that he wasn't trying to sell me every extra but explaining its benefits and limitations. I was also told that it was best to ask detailed questions and make bookings where there was more detailing to be done by email as the query could be addressed by the specialist and not the person taking the booking. Best to contact them yourself on zaincarclean@gmail.com and check on whats included.

This is a great forum - nice to be here!!

Actually they have a promo http://www.cobone.com/deals/dubai/zainc ... ance/10379 for AED299 now not so sure though if still ongoing, I've purchased one coupon from Cobone for this service, but so far I've seen so many positive feedbacks from their previous clients, so excited to get this done for my Mazda 3.

I will surely give some report for their service once done.

I got my SUV a 2004 Chev Trailblazer done in Hercules Garage in al quoz I only paid 290DH for a full exterior (4 stage Polish) with Interior and Engine bay cleaning Via groupon.ae ... www.groupon.ae they have huge coupon discounts on detailing and foiling ... if the offer already ended in Groupon look for other UAE based discount coupon sites ! I left the car with them for 3 days and man was i happy when i got it back , my 2004 Trailblazer looked brand new after the work (Y)

I gave mine to Mechanix, (got the voucher through Cobone, for AED 300), but the company closed down by the time I availed it, so the car was given to a branch called Star Trak, and when I picked up the car back two days later, it looked like shit!

I got it refunded from Cobone of course.

If you are living near Ras Al Khor then Zain Car Care is the best place to get your car polished and wax detailing and that too at an affordable price. Here is the link of site: http://www.zaincarcare.com/.

Got my car done at Zain last month, wasn't impressed(AT ALL), they did it again and then just gave up and took it. They did polish and wax but I feel these conbone offers doesn't offer a true 6 7 step service. Attention to detail which is a key part of detailing was not there at all.

+1. I don't know about Zain, but I've tried GT Auto and The Mechanix and felt like I was giving my money's worth...not the actual value of the voucher.

Done from Zain Car Care Detailing, interior cleaning is fine except for swirling marks all over the exterior paint which is very visible. I am very upset about this marks don't know how to get raid of it, my car now looks junky...

Does any one knows how to deal with this swirling buff marks?

Swirl marks go with any detailing job normally. But I don't have trust in cobone offer. Go again and get done a normal full detailing it will be with a huge difference
