best bet is to take it to sara and see if they can do anything

if its just turned yellowish, you can use polish it out. take it to any good car polishing place.
but after polishing apply a very very good quality sealant, then wait 24hrs then apply a good quality wax. this will give the CF part good protection from the sun for a while. it will eventually yellow again

Now dont cheap out on the clear coats. Get something that has some serious UV protection and that can withstand UAE climate. My CF GT wing had issues, my friend suggest a paintshop that can do cheap. Six months later the new clear coat started peeling off.... Worse it didnt come off completely.

Long story short, now the wing is wrapped in fake cf sticker...

Neo, iv ordered my CF Hood, from VIS Racing and it was quite expensive.

I understand that seibon is more expensive, but is equally famous round the world as VIS Racing.

Do give me any suggestions.... would really appreciate it.

Would a once in a month Meguiars Wax help ?

It looks like my clear coat is damaged on it, or faded.

Thanks in advance

I would say take it to a paint specialist like the guys suggested above.
I would suggest visit at least 3 places. Talk to them on how to solve this. If all the three suggest the same method then go for who ever offers value and guarantee on the job. The current state of the Hood can only be gauged visually.

Do it now before the climate gets worse.

Additionally dont wipe the car clean every morning with duster or wet cloth or ask the local cleaners to clean you car daily. Nobody is really understanding how much of damage it is doing...

Everyone wonders why the paint on the hood and the clear lens on the head light fades off, plus the swirls on the body of new cars when viewed in sunlight....

Simple - When these guys use limited water on the car with dust and grime. Its as simple as acid rain. Add to the above the abrasion when rubbing small dust particles along with the cloth. What you end up doing is remove the clear coat little by little (Sand paper effect). In very short while it reaches the paint.

Power wash! Period!
