Joey mod? Google tells me it means painting the headlight housing. It is completely legal, Delta Plus in Qusais will do it for you.

cooool!! that's exactly what it is. it's becoming a trend in some places & clubs but never seen here so I thought it might be illegal with the RTA.
I have a MINI and been a while planning to DIY this. I refered the instructions here: http://www.northamericanmotoring.com/fo ... do-it.html hope this might help on some point or maybe some one share some space like a group DIY.
