hi guys
i am plannig to change my car colour from white to red.i got few fines and 30days impound.Will i get permission from police to do the paint job before paying the fines & impound.

u will have to change the mulkiya for which u will need to clear al fines and impounds and then get a new mulkiya ... so no i doubt u can change color before paying the fines ....

one more doubt...like my car is in my dad's name..will he have to b present during the "permission-taking" time??
coz i don think he will b too happy abt the fact of changing color of my car
