Yes it is. Also dangerous as one can't see ur tail lights properly. Also considered a rice mod.

Yes tinting your headlight is definitely fine-able. because yes of the obvious reason that it reduces the effectiveness of your head and tail lights, because of the film applied on top of it. However there are a lot of aftermarket parts you can buy online which has clear plastic cover and black inner components that will A look better than tinting and most probably street legal since there is no dark tint obstructing your lights. i have recently fitted my ride with aftermarket head and tail light
and i was next to a sharja police car in traffic on the way home for about 15 minutes and i wasnt stopped for having them ...

i also have all front and tail lights changed on both cars more that year and no one newer told me nothing
