Hello ppl....

What u guys think of this comparison?....is it worth it...?...checked out the STI hatchback...Al romaithi automobiles given away their dealer ship to AL ADIYAT automobiles.

Al Adiyat confirms they will have the SEDAN in 3 months and will start at 163K and Al Romaithi is giving away the hatch back 2009 STI for 122k...

The evo surprisingly is 179 k for the 2010 model...DAM IT!!!!...the 2009 model is going out at 141k at al habtoor.

Go for the hatchback if in a hurry or wait for the sedan.I prefer any of them over the EVO10.

Evo is fine bro, as I owned one I can tell you it really has no faults. Its slightly heavy, but the engine responds amazingly to mods and I feel head to head on a track (not on street or warqa) it might even take down the STi stock vs stock.

The STi has a class of its own though. someone told me it has a much classier interior than the Lancer....oops i mean Evo10

but after reading your post again, I would go for the STi at 122 !!! Cheaper and you can use the money later on for some bolt on mods.

For 120 you only get a basic Evo10 RS with A/C from Habtoor. 2000 more and you get the comforts of the STi

In UAE, isn't the Evo more mod-friendly?

more parts freely available for the Evo.

but if your buying it brand new, you'll not do much during the warranty period anyway ! Maybe just a drop in filter and an exhaust with a reflash at most. Thats about all you'll need to have fun in them, but if you're into street racing and warqa .... mod route is so different :-D For me, the stock turbo puts out enough power to handle this car & to enjoy it daily and reliably !!
