where abouts from Toronto?

Welcome to the forums :) and nice car :)

Your better off leaving your car back home and getting a rental or buying a nice car here till you have to head back. So what brings you to AD from Canada?

i am right downtown toronto...I'm here with the same reason most of the expats are here sir for work...but it looks like I will be here for a very long time thats why I am either contemplating shipping or simply selling the car...I am looking at a few options here already if I don't end up shipping...I do want:

-IS-F: staying in the lexus family....
-c63 or a good condition c55
-Audi S4 or S5...

those 3 are my options...I really want the r35 but its not practical since I have my wife here and we r planning to have a family soon...

I'm guessing you are from back home too?

Sell it and get something else here. That'll be your best bet.

^^^it does look like that is what is going to happen...and i will just have to import new parts in for whatever toy I am going to buy...another worry is the apparent lack of knowledgable help in here when it comes to tuning cars as and I quote..."most mechanics here are thieves" so that is another undertaking to do if i cannot do the install on the parts i will be bringing in finding a trust worthy mechanic will be another battle... IS-F stock is nice but still a lot of potentials my budies at my car club are already running sts turbo systems on thos babies much more ponies on an already fast car...but yes if i go the IS-F route it would looks somthing like this....

2011 IS-F: Ultrasonic Blue or White (with painted gloss black roof)

Engine:
-Joe-Z intake Tube = just a better snorkle than the stock tube and nicer sound...
-Sikky headers with O2 sim = gotta have it peppier...

Stance:
-Tein Coilovers with EDFC = I want to be able to adjust everything from the inside

Exterior:
-19" IForged Aero's or Volk Racing TE37 depending on the color of the car i will decide but definitely staggered set-up
-Rear Fin Diffiser Kit
-Upgraded Lighting system to 6000K low beam and 3000K Fogs = for that JDM look
-black out all the Emblems
-Dry Carbon Tip for the exhaust = just a nice touch

Interior and I.C.E (In Car Electronics):
-Puddle Lighting
-Upgrade all interior lights to LED
-IS-F converted Mats
-GS middle Rack Add-On

and I am done...what do you guys think...all if not most parts will come from home and I can DIY all of these so I dnt have to deal with shaddy mechanics here...
