mazda 6 coupe
Very nice discussion going on here...
@TNT and Aamir..
Honestly, if I ever find myself owning enough money that would allow me to buy an Accord Coupe, I'd rather add a few more grands and buy a 350Z.
A way better car in my opinion, and a true Sports coupe. I'm sure, anyone who can afford to spare cash for an Accord coupe wont have to strain much to shell in that little extra money for a car twice as good.
I dont understand why people buy a Honda Accord Coupe.

@FQ400- Dont dissuade me from the Accord Coupe. I have very high regards for that car and in complete awe of it. Its just that like many others, I am short of cash by about 40-50k.
I hope to own it one day after having driven all the coupe versions except the 03-06 version. 350Z's are nice too but there is something which I dont like. Agree its got a great engine, its RWD, but then again it doesnt look very spacious. Accord Coupes are very spacious.

I dont intend to offend you, but the coupe's are generally created for extra style and extra performance. "Extra" in comparison with the Sedans.
The 350Z offers that extra bit in both of those departments - on the contrary, the Accord Coupe doesnt.
The accord coupe might be just a tad faster and nimbler than its sedan counterpart due to its reduced size and weight, but as logic goes if SPACE is what you're looking for, buy the ACCORD SEDAN. If you want SPACE + PERFORMANCE, buy the 3.5 liter Accord Sedan.
Personally though, I'd buy the 3.5 Altima sedan in this case too. AND no, i'm not a biased Nissan boy.
My point here is, Coupes are made for their sportscar nature, and poeple buy them because they want that sportscar nature. The Accord Coupe may just seem to offer Coupe attributes, but the Z simply excels in every department a Coupe should be good at.

$$$ very important here too. Agree that the Z is a better machine than the Accord. Totall agree. I am a big fan of Nissan engineering (read: former skyline GTR owner), but when compared to Mazda coupe, I regard the Accord Coupe in a higher category / level.
@FQ400 - Nick on PW ?

@aamir bhai,
I know youre a Nissan fan, and I also know that you've owned a R32.
I'm also glad you accepted the Z as the better machine, cos it truly completely utterly IS!
I cannot comment on the 6 and Accord comparo until I see the 6 in skin and with its spec sheet.
But yeah, talking about $$$$, i'm sure that the 6 coupe would be much cheaper than the Accord coupe, and it would be just as good if not better.
The accord coupe is infact overpriced, and i guess everybody feels this.

Agree with both of u in all perspectives but one thing makes a difference when it comes to accord coupe that its a 5 seater and the 350z is a 2 seater

The old accord coupe reminded me of a merc but the new one looks like a rip off from the cadlliac's!!.
Personally I agree with T.N.T, Honda can do better with accord coupe, as they have shown in case of "Civic Si"

Oh, so that means all those Lambos and Ferraris are crap! I mean dude, they don't even have rear seats!ScOrPiO ZaiB wrote:Agree with both of u in all perspectives but one thing makes a difference when it comes to accord coupe that its a 5 seater and the 350z is a 2 seater
What's wrong with you? That is the dummest thing I've ever heard. Sports cars were originally intended to be 2 seaters, not made to haul your family around! Get a sedan.
