Is it same as the 2003?
If so then there's this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Aem-Inta ... 0275526085
$90 is a steal for the complete system! I ordered one for my G, which all other retailers are selling for no less than $300.

Hi everyone and zeemmee ,
few days back I also visited TazWEED and askd fr cold air intake for my civic (FD 08) the kit (d pipe, ruber, screws and the filter) was also the same brand ..somthing like CHE.. I was told its made in Thaiwan but i think its made in china because even many Thaiwanez products are from China... and the price was AED 350.. I think the best thing is to take the kit from them and just add a universal K&N filter on top of it (must be around AED 200) so the total cost will be AED 500 which is still durt cheap in comparison with the K&N kit which is around AED 1200-1500...

The only question is that the kit that I was shown requires some mechanical work ...I mean the filter goes all the way down and I think it will end up somwhere bhind the front bumper .... I didnt take the kit as I was told if it doesnt fit I will have to return it back in 1 day ...n it was 30th DEC so I didnt really had the time to go n get it checkd... can some one help me with the fitting  ...????

I like the engine bay of ur CRX Nice and clean..I wish the Civic FD (06-08)engine bay was also so simple but instead of left the filter is on the right side and also there is not much space to fix the filter easily...or maybe I dont know how to do it the right way....
Is any of the members in here good with mechanics...and willing to lay a hand..coz I really dont trust the garages..they fix one thing n spoil another..

Also another option will be K&N 57-0668 series
http://www.knfilters.com/search/product ... od=57-0668
But am not sure of the price and if it will help with performance..??
on one site I was the price was around $190..which is the same overall cost of ..

if your planning on ordering from the states or whereever ... forget K&N n go AEM ... its " Engineered to Outperform" :)
