Finally, the all-new 2011 Nissan Patrol was unveiled today, showing new design directions from the Japanese manufacturer. The Nissan Patrol name is synonymous with ruggedness and is considered a legendary off-roader capable of going anywhere, anytime.

That's like dissing an Italian exotic because it can't go off-road. Who said the Land Cruiser was better looking? Or any other 4WD in this range?

Nice interior, and I wasn't expecting anything special from the exterior as we all had seen from the spy shots and the leaked non-masked images.

Ive seen a couple of white ones driving towards SHJ on airport rd. on thurs morning while i was stuck on traffic going to Dubai. Both were masked up with white nylon sheet but i knew they was the new patrols... Its not as bad as i thought, i guess the streets will get flooded with it like the land cruiser and will get used to its new looks.. But i still like the more monstrous older models..

The best part is thats the engine is 5.6 V8

Yeah, doubt it's ever been used in any of their cars/trucks before, because their 5.6 V8s gave out a max of 320HP, this one gives 400. It could be a VK56VD though.
