Hello my fellow UAE Boost memebers! It's been a looong time and I'm glad to be back and see that our community has grown rapidly! :smile: (Y)

I picked up a new car al hamdo lillah and thought I should share some pics with you guys .. it's an Acqua Mineral Blue Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track M/T! :grin: enjoy!

Congrats on the car man. If you don't mind me asking..why did you go with the 3.8 instead of the turbo version?

3.8 Track M/T = awesome
Not a fan of the color though, but that's just me.
It looks like its in the USA.
The 2.0 kinda sucks unless you spend loads of cash on it, 3.8 just gives all-round better performance out of the box.

Thank you sir. I went with the 3.8 to keep the warranty as long as possible, the 2.0T is nice but I would've had to modify it to get boost up the power .. and I figured once they finalize a turbo kit (hopefully twin turbo) for the 3.8 then it will be much better! :happy: and like TNT said, 2.0T plus some mods to the engine and you end up with the 3.8 (Y)

I can understands your thoughts about the color, however, I've had numerous people compliment the color before the car when they saw it in person! :| .. it looks a lot acceptable in person. Because of the limited production of this car, to get a 3.8 track I had the options of black, red, yellow and this acqua blue .. black gets dirty, red I already had a red car and wanted to change, yellow was A/T :( , so then I asked to see the Acqua Blue and I was shocked it wasn't what I had in mind lol :| :grin:

well, first off I want to get the clear 3M protective film on the front then I can start modding :happy: I'm going to be doing some exterior mods a bit (mesh grill, wing emblem, rear carbon fiber diffuser, etc), but engine wise I'm not trying to do much so that I don't lose the warranty on it .. I definitely want to put either the ARK or MagnaFlow Cat Back Exhaust System (Y) those two sound mean on the Genesis! :grin:
