Help regarding Lancer EX
Hi,
I would like to go for used Mitsubishi LancerEX GLS (2008-2010). I have some queries about the car. So any users of the same please help me out…
1) Fuel Efficiency – approx.AED for full tank. (I have to run almost 200kms a day).
2) Spare parts costs comparing other same range Japanese cars?
3) Reliable? I mean, Will it have to take to the garage always?
4) Habtoor abudhabi is giving good service (if anyone experienced)?
5) Resale Value?
Appreciated if you can give me honest feedback.
Thanks

2) Spare parts a bit pricier than Toyota and the like.
3) For the most part, yes reliable.
4) Habtoor everywhere is notorious for shitty customer service. Never owned a Mitsu so can't tell you about my first-hand experience.
5) Decent enough I'd assume.
What is your budget like? Maybe I can suggest some other cars within your budget.

i don't know about GLS but i do own a Lancer GT
1. fuel consumption is good ( tank gets full in AED 90 and gives me around 500kms)
2. agreed wid TNT ( a bit expensive in its class)
3. realiable YES ( so far i m using my car for more than a year Mashallah and have faced no problems or taken it to garage
4. habtoor  (personal experience, its customer service and job quality sucks)
5. i hav no idea about resale value
as TNT said it would be better if you tell your budget and what exactly you looking for like a daily drive, tuner etc.

Haha. I know they both have CVT, but it'll be cheaper to maintain the Altima, and it has the better sound system, doesn't it? You can get a really good deal on a pre-owned from Arabian Auto or Al Futtaim Automall, and it's as almost as good as a brand new car.
